This short notice explains what Triatlon Klub Split collects when you use splittri.com. It is meant to be clear, not exhaustive legal advice.
Who we are
The site is run by Triatlon Klub Split, VIII. Mediteranskih igara 21, 21000 Split. Contact: splittri@tksplit.hr.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and device or browser type. That helps us keep race information clear and the site working well.
Cloudflare’s analytics for this site is designed to be privacy-friendly and typically does not rely on advertising cookies. We do not use it to build marketing profiles or sell your data.
Newsletter
If you join the mailing list, we collect the email address you submit so we can send occasional Split TRI updates (for example registration opening and race-day essentials). Email delivery is handled by our newsletter provider (EmailOctopus). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails, or contact us to be removed.
Contact and forms
If you email us or use an organiser form (for example volunteer signup), we use the details you send only to reply and organise the race. Race registration itself is handled on the external entry platform (prijave.run) under that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete newsletter or contact details we no longer need. Write to splittri@tksplit.hr.
